• By registering for a course, you are agreeing to our data protection guidelines.
• It is recommended you apply now to avoid disappointment as these courses are extremely popular and fill up fast.
• We implement a strict first come, first served policy.
• You will be informed within 15 working days whether you've been accepted onto the course.

All registration fees include:
VAT, training, course materials and accommodation & meals for the duration of the course

Online courses are €1,990*
Excluding VAT - you must provide a valid VAT ID to be able to attend online. The fee includes training and course materials*

Invoicing & Payment

• Payment by credit card or cheque is NOT possible - bank transfer only.
• EMBO Research Leadership Courses are delivered by EMBO's wholly-owned, not-for-profit daughter company, EMBO Solutions GmbH.
• Invoices are issued by EMBO Solutions GmbH and not EMBO.
• Please do NOT make payments to EMBO directly. If your finance team already has EMBO as an official supplier, please inform them that they should add EMBO Solutions GmbH as a separate supplier. Please ask them to follow the payment instructions on the invoice.
• Select "VAT Reverse Charge" option ONLY when your institute/organisation is based in the EU but outside of Germany and has a VAT ID Number. Your institute's VAT ID number MUST be included on the invoice in the address section. EMBO Solutions GmbH's VAT ID Number is: DE 264471047.
• The "VAT Reverse Charge" option does NOT apply to institutes/organisations based in Germany (see §13b UStG) or those based outside the EU.
• Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your registration form.
• Payment must be sent in EURO and received within two weeks of the invoice date.
• Clearly quote the reference number when making the transfer.
• Ensure that all bank charges are paid when making this payment.
• All prices listed are correct at time of publication, all fee and VAT rate are subject to change.
• No funding for travel related costs is available. All transportation costs must be covered by the participant.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations received 60 calendar days before the beginning of the course, fees will be refunded minus €25 for administrative costs.
• After this 60 day rule, no refund is possible for cancellation or no-show; however, a replacement participant can be found from the same laboratory/institute subject to approval.

• Each course needs a minimum number of participants. If a particular course has insufficient registrations, it will be cancelled. Registered participants will then be offered an alternative course or to have the fee reimbursed. You will be informed at least 4 weeks in advance of the course start date.
